Returns and Refunds
Because many Cameron Creations items are made to order, personalized, or produced in selected colors and sizes, returns are generally not accepted for custom or personalized products unless there is a problem with the order.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, please contact the shop within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the order and work toward a fair solution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund depending on the situation.
Color variations may occur because screen displays, filament batches, and print orientation can affect appearance. Minor layer lines or small surface variations are normal with 3D printed products and are not considered defects.
Orders may not be canceled once printing has started. For cancellation requests, contact the shop as quickly as possible.
